Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet Siete Al Pastor Seasoning
- 1 head of lettuce (for wraps or garnish)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onions
- 8 Siete Hard Shell Tacos (gluten-free)
- 1 cup vegan shredded cheese
Optional: lime wedges, cilantro, avocado slices
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain off any excess fat.
- Season: Stir in the Siete Al Pastor Seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens. Keep warm.
- Prepare Toppings: Wash and chop the lettuce (use whole leaves for wraps or shred for toppings). Dice the tomatoes and red onions. Set aside.
- Assemble Tacos: Warm the Siete Hard Shell Tacos according to package directions. Fill each shell with 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoned beef, then add lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and vegan shredded cheese.
- Serve: Add optional garnishes like cilantro, avocado slices, or a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately.
